We all love to get away. So when situations such as this bring uncertainty to us, we are committed to providing the highest level of service while ensuring the safest experience possible for each of our guests and team members. This is our highest priority.
Effective March 20th 2020
- Our gym, community room, and shower/restrooms will be temporarily closed until further notice. This is following guidelines of the local and state governmental agencies.
- We ask that no more than 3 guests be present at one time in the laundry facility and no more than 1 guest in our lobby office. This is a precaution for the safety of our guests and team.
- All other outdoor amenities will be available for guest use at their personal discretion. Please maintain social distancing protocols as recommended by the CDC.
We are continuing our normal office hours at the present time, but wanted to remind you all that we have our pay online options through our website as well as our App that you can find in the iOS and Google Play App Store.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as information is communicated from the CDC and our local Health Authority. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your property’s management team with any questions.
